ACCESS WAS INCORPORATED ON DECEMBER 16, 2009, TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CORPORATE SCHOLARSHIP DONATIONS AS DEFINED BY CHAPTER 44-62 OF RHODE ISLAND STATE LAW.
