HCRJC helps people build stability, repair harm, and reconnect with their community. We combine restorative justice with housing and reentry support while creating a welcoming community hub where people can find opportunities, build relationships, and participate more fully in community life.
Target Audience
We serve Upper Valley residents navigating reentry, housing instability, conflict, or other barriers to belonging and opportunity. We also engage families, volunteers, and community partners in building a safer, more connected region.
