- Programs or services
- • Psychoeducation Workshops: Community-based educational sessions on stress, anxiety, burnout, trauma responses, emotional regulation, and the mind-body connection — facilitated in language and cultural context that resonates with Black women.
• Burnout Recovery Programming: Multi-session series designed to help women identify the signs of burnout, understand its roots, and build sustainable recovery practices rooted in rest, boundary-setting, and community support.
• Stress Management Tools: Practical, accessible techniques including breathwork, mindfulness, journaling frameworks, and self-regulation tools that women can use in daily life — not just during a workshop.
• Provider Navigation Support: One-on-one navigation assistance connecting women to licensed, culturally competent therapists, counselors, and psychiatrists, including support with insurance, sliding-scale options, and telehealth.
• Community Wellness Events: Recurring gatherings including wellness circles, healing sessions, and community conversations that provide ongoing connection and peer support between formal programming. - Target Audience
